EASY GLAZED CARROTS 
1 cups fresh carrots, sliced
1 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. orange marmalade
2 tbsp. chopped pecans

Steam carrots for 10 to 15 minutes over boiling water. In a mixing bowl, combine drained carrots with butter, marmalade and pecans. Serve while hot.

Yield: 4 servings.
