CREAMY HAM TOWERS | |
1/4 c. butter 1/4 c. flour 1 1/2 c. milk 1 chicken bouillon cube 1/2 c. shredded American cheese 1 tsp. prepared mustard 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 2 c. cubed, cooked ham 2 tbsp. chopped canned pimento 2 tbsp. snipped parsley Pie Pastry - your own or frozen patty shells Line 12 muffin tins with pastry. Melt butter; blend in flour. Add milk, 1/2 cup water and bouillon cube. Cook and stir until thick and bubbly. Add cheese, mustard and Worcestershire; stir until cheese melts. Stir in ham, pimento and parsley. Spoon into pastry shells and bake at 350 degrees until pastry is nicely browned. |
