MEATLOAF WELLINGTON 
1 loaf frozen bread dough, white
1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
1 c. bread crumbs
3/4 c. chopped onions
1/2 c. tomato sauce
2 eggs
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tbsp. chopped parsley
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 egg, beaten
Brown beef gravy

Combine meat, bread crumbs, garlic, salt, pepper, onions, tomato sauce, eggs and parsley. Mix thoroughly. Place in 8 1/2 x 2 1/2 inch loaf pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 60 minutes. Remove from pan, drain and cool.

Thaw and soften dough, roll out at 16 x 7 inch rectangle. Brush with beaten egg. Place meat loaf in center of dough. Wrap and pinch edges to seal. Place on cookie sheet and let rest for 30 minutes. Brush with egg and prick dough around all sides. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Slice and serve hot with gravy.
