MASHED POTATO CASSEROLE 
2 economy packs (24 oz.) frozen hash browns (8 square)
Salt
1 1/2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 pt. whipping cream
1 pt. Half and Half
1/4 c. melted butter
6 oz. seasoned croutons

Place half the potatoes in a 9 x 13 pan. Salt and spread cheese on top of potatoes.

Add remaining potatoes, Whipping cream, Half and Half, until you can see liquid.

Croutons, crumble in blender. Butter, melted.

Bake 1 hour at 325 degrees. Spread topping on potatoes and continue cooking for 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
