ORANGE SHERBET SALAD 
1 (6 oz.) pkg. orange Jello
1 c. boiling water
1 pt. orange sherbet
1/2 pt. Cool Whip
1 can mandarin oranges, drained

Pour boiling water over gelatin and stir until dissolved. Cool, add sherbet. Stir well. Add the whipped topping and drained mandarin oranges. Refrigerate to congeal.
