HUNGARIAN GOULASH 
3 lb. sirloin tips
1 lg. onion, sliced
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 can Campbell's beef broth
3/4 c. ketchup
3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
3 tbsp. brown sugar
1 1/2 tsp. salt
3 tsp. paprika
1 c. water
1/2 lb. mushrooms, sliced
3/4 tsp. dry mustard

Brown sirloin slightly in oil. Place meat in crock pot, cover with onions. Mix all the rest of ingredients and pour over meat. Cover and cook on low 9-10 hours. Turn to high and thicken with flour. Serve on noodles or rice. 5-6 servings.
