HUNGARIAN GOULASH 
4 tbsp. shortening
2 lb. stew meat
1 c. onion
1 clove garlic
3/4 c. catsup
2 1/2 tsp. paprika
1/4 c. plus 2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. brown sugar
3 c. water

Brown shortening and stew meat. Add onion and garlic. Add rest of ingredients. Cover and simmer 2 to 2 1/2 hours. Add thickening of 2 teaspoons of flour and 1/4 cup water. Serve over cooked noodles.
