OAT CAKES 
5 oz. oatmeal
1 oz. butter
Pinch of bicarb of soda
1 tsp. salt
Water to mix

Mix dry ingredients. Rub in butter and enough water to make a stiff dough. Roll out thinly. Cut into 3-inch rounds. Bake on greased trays at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
