CHEESE TATA TOPPER 
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1 c. soft bread crumbs
1 egg
1 lb. ground beef
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. thyme
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard

Mix all together. Put into 9 inch pie plate. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Remove from oven and cover with 3 slices sharp cheese. Swirl mashed potatoes on top. Dot with additional cut up cheese. Place under broiler to melt cheese. Serves 4-6.
