MARINADE VEGETABLES 
1 fresh head broccoli
1 fresh head cauliflower
1 lg. frozen carton Brussels sprouts
1 lg. pkg. mushrooms
3 pkgs. Good Seasonings Italian dressing

(Mix all 3 packages according to directions on package - vinegar, oil and water.)

Wash and break into small pieces the broccoli and cauliflower. Blanch separately and drain on a towel until cool. Thaw and drain Brussels sprouts. Wash and drain mushrooms, then slice into halves. Mix Good Seasonings Italian dressing. Put 4 ingredients in separate plastic bowls with tight fitting lids. Pour dressing over each ingredient enough to cover partially. (Divide evenly among 4 containers.) Marinate 2-4 hours. Arrange in separate snack trays or a large lazy Susan relish tray. Serves 10-15 people as an appetizer.
