VEGETABLE MARINADE 
1 bunch broccoli
1 head cauliflower
4 carrots
Mushrooms
2 sm. zucchini
1 can black olives, drained and rinsed
1 green pepper

Chop vegetables to bite size.

MARINADE:

1 c. vinegar
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. dill seed
1 tbsp. Accent
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. garlic salt
1 1/2 c. vegetable oil

Mix and pour over vegetables. Stir at least 3 times. Refrigerate 24 hours.
