VEGETABLE MARINADE 
1 head cauliflower
2 c. broccoli
2 c. carrots
10 lg. mushrooms
1 green pepper
2 cloves garlic

Rinse vegetables and cut into bite-size pieces

MARINADE:

3/4 c. vegetable oil
1/4 c. + 2 tbsp. vinegar
2 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. sweet basil
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. nutmeg

Mix together and pour on top of veggies. Cover and let stand overnight. Mix again before serving. Lasts 1 to 2 weeks in refrigerator.
