PORK CHOP CASSEROLE 
5 or 6 boneless, uncooked pork chops
6 or 7 peeled & sliced potatoes
1 med. onion, chopped (or pearl onions)
1 bag frozen peas
1 can cream of mushroom soup
5 oz. milk (or 1/2 of the soup can)
1 can mushrooms & their juice

Place pork chops in crock pot, season lightly. Add potatoes, onion, mushrooms and peas. Mix soup and milk together and pour over all. Stir up everything. Cover and cook on low temperature for at least 4 hours, can go all day. This can be baked in the oven at 325 degrees, approximately 1 hour.
