SWISS SALAD SAUCE 
1/8 c. oil
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 clove garlic, crushed
2 tbsp. Maggi Liquid Wurze, or soy sauce
3 tbsp. milk or cream
4 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 tsp. prepared mustard

Combine all ingredients in a shaker bottle; chill. Shake thoroughly before serving. 1 cup.

Delicious on green salads, this "sauce" is popular in family owned restaurants and guest houses throughout Switzerland and Austria.
