8-INCH PECAN PIE 
2 eggs
1/4 tsp. salt
3/4 c. light or dark corn syrup
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. butter, melted
3/4 c. pecans

Heat oven to 375 degrees. Beat eggs, sugar, salt, butter and corn syrup together with a rotary beater. Mix in pecan half, pour into pastry-lined pie pan. Bake 40 to 50 minutes.
