SWISS SPINACH-STRAWBERRY SALAD 
Fresh spinach, 1 handful/person
Fresh strawberries, about 4/person
1/4 sm. onion, chopped
1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
2 tbsp. vinegar, cider or other
2 tbsp. honey
Optional: sesame seeds, poppy seeds, almonds

Wash spinach and strawberries; drain on paper towels. Cut spinach into bite-size pieces. If berries are large, cut in half or quarters. Place spinach and berries in glass bowl. Combine onion, Worcestershire sauce, oil, vinegar and honey. Blend well in blender. Add seeds. Pour sufficient amount over salad; extra dressing will keep.
