CRANBERRY RELISH MOLD 
1 (#2) can crushed pineapple
2 sm. pkgs. cherry gelatin
3/4 c. sugar
2 c. boiling water
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 pkg. raw cranberries, or 1 can whole cranberries
1 orange, ground
1 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. nuts

Drain pineapple, reserving liquid. Combine gelatin and sugar; dissolve in boiling water. Add lemon juice and pineapple syrup; chill until about set. Add remaining ingredients and turn into 2 quart mold and chill.
