BROCCOLI CRUNCH 
2 Broccoli crowns, chopped
1 lb. Bacon cooked and crumbled
1/2 red onion
1 cup sunflower seeds, shelled
2 cups finely shredded cheese

Dressing:

1 cup of Hellmann's Mayonnaise (one small jar =1 cup)
1/3 c. sugar
2 tbsp. Red wine vinegar

Dressing: Mix together set aside. Mix together broccoli, bacon, onion, sunflower seeds and cheese. Pour dressing over this mixture, stir well.

Refrigerate for about and hour.
