CURRIED FRUIT 
2 lg. cans sliced pineapple
2 lg. cans pear halves
2 lg. cans peach halves

Drain all fruit (reserve juices for other recipes). 1 c. butter 3 tbsp. curry powder

Melt butter. Add sugar and curry powder. Mix well. Pour over fruit in large casserole. Heat in 350 oven for 45 minutes. Serve warm. Serves 8.

This mixture may be kept in refrigerator for weeks and can be heated whenever needed.
