MEXICAN CASSEROLE DIP 
1 lb. ground meat
1 lg. onion
1 can Ro-tel tomatoes
2 cans refried beans
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Brown meat and onions with salt and pepper and drain off grease. Add beans, tomatoes and mix together. Put in an oblong loaf pan and spread with shredded Cheddar cheese. Put into 375 degree oven until cheese is melted. Serve with sour cream, guacamole and Tostada chips.
