PEANUT BUTTER DESSERT 
2/3 c. chopped dry roasted peanuts
1 c. flour
1/2 c. butter

Mix together and pat into a 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes; let cool.

2ND LAYER:

1/3 c. peanut butter
1 c. powdered sugar
8 oz. cream cheese
2 c. Cool Whip

Mix together and pour over cooled crust.

3RD LAYER:

1 sm. pkg. instant chocolate pudding
1 sm. pkg. instant vanilla pudding
3 c. milk

Mix together. Let stand for a few minutes. Spread over 2nd Layer. Top with Cool Whip. Sprinkle with chopped roasted peanuts.
