BARBEQUE BEEF 
3 lbs. boneless chuck roast, cook until tender.

In large pan: 1 lg. onion, diced 1/4 c. vinegar 1/4 c. brown sugar 1/2 tsp. ground mustard 2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Mix together. When beef is tender, shred into the above sauce and simmer for 3 hours. Add 1/2 cup of water or broth while simmering.
