FANCY TATERS 
1 (2 lb.) pkg. frozen tater tots
3 green onions, cut fine
1 1/2 c. sour cream
2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 c. butter

Melt butter; combine with soup and stir well. Add sour cream, 1 cup cheese, onion, salt, and pepper. Add potatoes; pour into greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees, covered, for 45 minutes. Top with 1/2 cup cheese. Bake 15 minutes.
