1 can green beans, drained
1 can or box frozen peas, drained
1 can whole kernel corn, drained
1 jar pimiento, chopped
1/2 to 1 c. red onion, chopped
1 sm. green pepper, optional

DRESSING:

1 c. sugar
1/2 c. salad oil
1/4 c. vinegar
1 tbsp. water

Mix and pour over vegetables. Stir thoroughly. Let stand 12-24 hours in refrigerator. Stir occasionally.
