STEAK CHINESE STYLE 
1 1/2 lbs. round steak
3 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. salad oil
1 tsp. ginger
1 tsp. sugar
1 clove garlic

Cut meat in 1/2-inch slices. Place meat in bowl with the above ingredients and let stand at least 1/2 hour. 6 green onion tops, sliced 1 c. celery, cut 2 med. tomatoes, cut in wedges OR Cherry tomatoes 1 pkg. frozen snow peas 1 tbsp. wine vinegar 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 1 tsp. soy sauce 1 tbsp. ketchup 1 tsp. sugar 1 tbsp. cornstarch 2 tbsp. water

Heat 2 tablespoons oil in heavy pan and brown meat. Cover and cook until tender, at least 1 hour. Add celery and frozen peas; cook about 5 minutes then add green onions and tomatoes. Cook another 5 minutes. Combine remaining ingredients and cook another 5 minutes. Serve on rice.
