CHINESE PEPPER STEAK 
1 tbsp. corn starch
1 c. beef stock
1 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. peanut oil
1 lb. round steak
1 clove minced garlic
2 sm. onions, wedged
2 green peppers, sliced
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. minced gingerroot

Mix first 3 ingredients and set aside. Heat oil in wok at 400 degrees and add meat and garlic. Stir fry 2 minutes. Add onions and peppers and stir fry 1 to 2 minutes. Add next 3 ingredients. Stir corn starch mixture and add to wok. Stir fry until sauce thickens.
