18 Hydrox cookies, crushed
1 pt. whipping cream, whipped
3 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 gal. sherbet

Mix all ingredients except sherbet. Line cake pan with half of this mixture. Place sherbet over this and then top with remaining cookie mixture. Freeze.
