HYDROX DESSERT 
2 env. Knox gelatin
1/2 c. cold water
1/2 c. hot water
2 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. sugar
1 pt. whipping cream
1 lb. Hydrox cookies (about 30)
6 egg whites

Soak gelatin in cold water. Then add hot water. Let cool. Crush 15 cookies with rolling pin and put into 13 x 9 inch pan. Beat egg whites until stiff, then add vanilla, sugar and gelatin mixture. Beat whipping cream until thick. Fold egg mixture into whipping cream. Pour over cookie crust. Crush remaining cookies and sprinkle over top.
