MARSHMALLOW DESSERT 
1 c. milk
1/2 c. sugar
Rounded tbsp. flour
2 egg yolks
1 pkg. Knox plain gelatin
2 egg whites
1 c. whipping cream
1 sm. can crushed pineapple
Graham cracker crumbs

Cook milk, sugar, flour and egg yolks as a custard. Add Knox plain gelatin, dissolved in small amount cold water, to the custard. Beat egg whites and fold into custard. Cool. Whip the cup of whipping cream and fold into custard mixture. Add pineapple or other flavoring, if desired. Pour into baking dish lined with graham cracker crumbs. Sprinkle a few crumbs on top.
