MILE HIGH STRAWBERRY DESSERT 
1/4 c. butter, melted
1 1/3 c. graham cracker crumbs
2 tbsp. sugar
1 envelope Knox gelatin

Combine and pat into bottom of greased 9 x 13 inch pan.

1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries, thawed
1 c. sugar
2 egg whites, unbeaten
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt

Put ingredients in large mixer bowl and beat for 15 minutes. Fold in 1 pint size container of Cool Whip. Pour onto graham cracker crumbs mixture. Sprinkle a few more graham cracker crumbs on top. Freeze until serving time.
