IMITATION MAYONNAISE 
1 c. olive oil
2 eggs
2 tbsp. lemon juice or white vinegar
1 pkg. Sweet & Low
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash of cayenne

Combine all ingredients in a food processor or blender. Process for 5 to 10 seconds or blend at high speed until thick or smooth. Store covered in refrigerator.
