FRENCH WAFFLES (GILLETTE) 
1 stick butter
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. vanilla

Cream butter, sugar continue to cream, add eggs, vanilla and mix well. Add flour a little at a time, until all flour is used. Heat waffle iron, place 1 tablespoon of batter and bake.
