CLASSY POTATO SALAD 
6 lg. cooked potatoes, peeled & chunked
3/4 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped onion
3/4 c. chopped sweet pickles
6 slices bacon, fried & crumbled
1/2 c. mayonnaise (more or less to taste)
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 boiled egg, peeled & sliced
Dash of paprika

Mix potatoes, celery, onion, pickles, bacon, mayonnaise, salt and pepper together. Mount in a bowl and arrange slices of hard boiled egg over potato salad. Dash paprika over salad for color. Refrigerate leftovers.
