HELEN'S POTATO SALAD 
8 boiled potatoes
6 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
1 c. chopped sweet pickles
1 c. chopped celery
Mayonnaise
1 tbsp. mustard
1 tbsp. horseradish sauce
Garlic salt and onion salt to taste

Cut potatoes in small cubes, add celery, pickles and eggs. Mix mustard and horseradish, in mayonnaise and make sure all potatoes are well coated with enough mayonnaise - garnish with paprika and green olives. Chill.
