MARYLAND STYLE POTATO SALAD 
3 lbs. white potatoes, cooked
4 hard boiled eggs
1 lg. onion
1 tsp. celery seeds or 3 stalks celery
2 tsp. mustard
3/4 c. mayonnaise
3 tsp. sweet pickle relish
Salt & pepper to taste

Dice potatoes, onion, eggs and celery. Add mustard and mayonnaise; mix well. Refrigerate. Serve chilled.
