SWEET AND SEASONED POTATO SALAD 
2 lbs. red potatoes, peeled and cut into 3/4-inch cubes
4 hard boiled eggs, chopped
1/4 c. (not too well-drained) sweet relish
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp. fresh ground black pepper
2 c. seasoned mayonnaise

Boil potatoes until tender. Drain well and place in large bowl. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Serve warm.

SEASONED MAYONNAISE:

3 egg yolks
1 egg
1 tbsp. white vinegar
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. cayenne pepper
2 c. vegetable oil

Place all ingredients except oil in food processor and process for 30 seconds. With machine still running, gradually add oil in a thin stream. Blend until well mixed. Scrape down sides and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
