TROPICAL CUSTARD PIE 
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 stick butter
1 sm. can crushed pineapple, undrained
1 c. flaked coconut
1 tsp. vanilla
1 unbaked pie shell

Beat eggs until thick, add sugar and mix well. Add melted butter and remainder of ingredients. Pour into pie shell and bake for 10 minutes at 400 degrees. Lower oven temperature to 350 degrees and bake until firm, about 25 minutes.
