BUSY DAY DINNER 
1 lb. ground beef, browned & drained
1 (7 oz.) box elbow macaroni, cooked & drained
1 c. celery, chopped
1 c. green pepper, chopped
1 c. onion, chopped
2 c. carrots, thinly sliced
1 (28 oz.) can tomatoes, chopped with liquid
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. chili powder

Combine all ingredients in a saucepan. Bring to boil over medium heat. Cover, reduce heat and simmer gently 30 minutes. Add water if thinner stew is desired.

Serves 6.
