CARROT HORSERADISH CASSEROLE | |
4 1/2 c. sliced carrots 1/2 c. salad dressing (Miracle Whip) 2 tbsp. chopped onion 2 tbsp. prepared horseradish 1/4 tsp. salt 1 dash pepper 1/2 c. commercial seasoned bread crumbs 2 tbsp. butter, melted Cook carrots, covered, in boiling salted water for 10 minutes or until tender. Drain. Combine salad dressing, onion, horseradish, salt and pepper. Mix with carrots. Place in 1 quart casserole. |
