SWEET APPLE QUICK BREAD 
2 c. all-purpose flour
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 c. (1 stick) butter, softened
1/2 c. milk
1 tbsp. corn syrup
2 eggs
1 c. apples, finely chopped
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease loaf pan. In large bowl beat all ingredients except nuts at low speed until combined. Beat 3 minutes on medium speed. Stir in nuts and pour into loaf pan. Bake at 350°F for 50 to 60 minutes. May use overripe apples.

Makes 1 loaf.
