BASIC STUFFED PEPPERS 
6 lg. green sweet peppers
3 tbsp. butter
1 onion, chopped
2 (8 oz.) cans kernels corn
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. grated cheddar cheese
1 c. tomato soup
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/3 c. water
1 1/2 lb. ground beef

Clean peppers inside, set aside. Saute onion in butter until tender, add corn and salt, and ground meat. Stuff peppers and place in baking dish. Combine soup, pepper and water. Pour over peppers and top with cheese. Bake covered at 375 degrees for 35-40 minutes until peppers are tender. Serve with noodles.
