MICRO STUFFED PEPPERS 
1 1/2 lbs. lean ground beef
1 c. cooked Minute Rice
1/2 c. chopped onion (1 sm.)
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 clove minced garlic
2 tsp. chili powder
2 tsp. parsley flakes
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. hot sauce
1 tsp. sweet basil
1 can tomato soup
1/2 c. water
4 to 5 green peppers

Cut off tops of peppers and remove seeds, wash out. Mix beef with rice and seasonings. Fill peppers with meat mixture. Arrange snugly around edge of 3 quart casserole. Mix soup and water. Pour over and around peppers. COVER. Microwave on high 24 to 28 minutes, rotating dish after 12 minutes. Remove and let stand covered for 5 to 10 minutes before serving.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
