Beef brisket Accent Garlic powder Pepper Barbecue sauce Season meat with seasonings. Wrap meat completely with foil and cook 4 1/2 hours at 275 degrees. Open foil and slice meat in thin slices. Pour barbecue sauce all over meat. Real good. Cook 30 minutes more with foil open. Can be served on bun. | |
