GUCHOW 
Chicken breast fillets (about six)
Soy Sauce
1 box Suzi Wong Oriental Rice (or Minute Rice)
#1-1 can baby corn (where Chinese food is in market)
#1-1 can water chestnuts
#1-1 can bamboo shoots
#3-1/2 lb. snow peas (fresh or frozen)
#2-1 pkg. green onions
#2-1 green pepper
#2-1 pkg. sliced almonds
About 1/2 c. pineapple juice

Put soy sauce in pan. (Electric skillet is best.) Dice chicken, add to sauce; cook for 4 minutes. Add all #1's after you have cooked chicken. To chicken keep adding soy sauce if it seems too dry. Be cooking your rice separately.

Cook above 2 minutes, then add #2's; cook about 1 minute. Then add snow peas (cut-up in halves or three's). Cover and cook 1 minute. Add pineapple juice to this last minute. Spoon over cooked rice. Serve.
