DATE PUDDING 
2 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 c. chopped dates
1 c. chopped nut meats
1 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 c. milk

Beat eggs, add sugar, dates, and nut meats. Sift flour and baking powder and add to egg mixture. Add milk to mixture a little at a time. Bake in 8x8 inch pan at 325 degrees for 1 hour or until brown. Serve with whipped cream.
