DATE PUDDING 
2 tbsp. graham cracker crumbs
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 c. chopped dates
2 eggs
2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Separate eggs, beat yolks and whites separately. Add sugar, nuts, dates and crumbs to the egg yolks. Mix then add baking powder and vanilla. Add stiffly beaten egg whites. Bake in a slow oven, 300 degrees, for 25 minutes.
