GROUND BEEF STROGANOFF 
1 lb. lean ground beef
1 c. sliced mushrooms
1 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. oil
1/4 c. oil
1/4 c. onion, diced
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 c. sour cream
1 can mushroom soup
1 tbsp. flour

Cook beef in oil. Drain off drippings. Saute mushrooms, garlic, and onions in butter until tender. Reserve liquid. Add mushroom mix to ground beef. Add Worcestershire, salt, and pepper to the reserved liquid and slowly stir in flour until heated through. Add to meat mixture. Serve over noodles or with mashed potatoes.
