HOT CLAM DIP 
2 (6 1/2 oz.) cans minced clams with juice
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 stick butter
1 med. onion, chopped finely
1 red pepper
1/2 tsp. Tabasco sauce
3/4 c. seasoned bread crumbs
1 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese

Melt butter in pan and saute vegetables until tender. Add rest of ingredients except the Mozzarella. Mix well and put in baking dish and sprinkle Mozzarella on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Serve with crackers.
