SPANISH CINNAMON CAKE 
2 1/2 c. flour
3/4 c. white sugar
1 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 c. salad oil
1 c. buttermilk
1 egg, beaten
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder

Mix first 6 ingredients together. Remove 1 full cup for topping. Add to mixture baking soda and baking powder. Mix buttermilk and egg together. Add 1/2 liquid mixture and beat at medium speed for 2 minutes then add rest of liquid. Sprinkle topping over mixture in pans and bake for 30 minutes in 350 degrees oven. Do not grease pan.
