SPANISH COFFEE CAKE 
2 1/2 c. flour
1 c. brown sugar
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 c. salad oil

Mix together and take a 1/2 cup out to mix a 1/2 cup of nuts for topping.

Add to rest of ingredients: 1 tsp. baking powder 1 c. sour cream 1 egg

Mix well. Bake 350 degrees about 30 minutes.
